These terms are an agreement between you and Dirk Ahlborn ("we", "us"). By buying a course or using our apps and sites, you accept them. Contact: mail@dirk.it.
A course purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content in our apps. The one-time price includes your first 3 months of membership; afterwards your membership continues at the monthly price shown at checkout, and you can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges and access ends at the close of the paid period. Free-tier content (the first masterclasses of each course) stays free.
Some courses include companion services (for example the AI workspace at chat.dirk.it or Vault for founder students) with fair-use limits such as weekly usage credits. We may adjust the included tools and models over time while keeping the substance of what was promised.
Statutory withdrawal rights apply: in Brazil, the 7-day right of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC art. 49); in the EU/UK, the 14-day right for digital content (which lapses once you consent to immediate access). Beyond the statutory rules, if the course isn't for you, write to mail@dirk.it within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Access is tied to the email you purchase with. Keep it accurate and don't share your access — accounts used by multiple people may be suspended. You must be at least 16 to use our products.
All course content — text, video, images, lesson structure, missions — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share it. Everything you create by following the courses (your dishes, your business, your AI outputs, your pitch) is yours.
We teach from real experience, but we can't and don't promise business results, income, funding, or professional outcomes. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and raw ingredients — follow safety guidance and local food-safety rules; you cook at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in Brazil and the EU.
We may update courses, prices for new purchases, and these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Governing law: the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies; otherwise Brazilian law.
