Account data. When you buy a course or create an account, we store your email address and your course entitlements. Sign-in uses email magic links — we never see or store a password.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number or bank data — we receive only confirmation that a purchase happened, the product bought, and the email used.
Learning data. The apps store your progress: lessons completed, streaks, XP, and mission submissions (including photos you choose to submit).
Website analytics. Our sites use first-party analytics stored in our own database: page viewed, referrer, browser language, screen width, and a random identifier stored in your browser. No advertising cookies are set by default, we do not sell or share this data, and it is not linked to advertising networks unless we run ads with your consent signals under the applicable rules.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and delivered through content-delivery networks. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Our websites are hosted on GitHub Pages.
To deliver what you bought (contract), to send you sign-in links and receipts (contract), to improve the courses and sites (legitimate interest), and to comply with tax and accounting law (legal obligation).
Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for a copy of it, or object to processing. Email mail@dirk.it and we will respond within the statutory deadline. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax law requires. Analytics data is aggregate in nature and periodically pruned. If you delete your account, learning data is deleted with it.
Our products are intended for people 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
